Our Quality Product
Mohindra Dies & Tools Pvt. Limited, we ensure that all raw materials are meticulously identified through a color-coding system, applied both on the face and length of each material. This organized approach facilitates efficient tracking and handling of materials stored in iron racks. Given the short shelf life of our inventory, typically no longer than three months, there is no need for additional shelf-life control measures.
Before the tools undergo the finishing process, they are thoroughly sandblasted to eliminate any rusting agents, ensuring a clean and smooth surface. After grinding and finishing, the tools are treated with rust preventatives and securely packed in polythene bags and cardboard boxes to maintain their integrity during storage and transportation.
Our heat treatment furnace is equipped with advanced digital temperature indicators, infrared pyrometers, optical pyrometers, and thermocouples, ensuring precise control of the temperature during critical processes. This technology ensures consistent quality and optimal heat treatment for each tool.
Quality control is an integral part of our production process. At every machining stage, tools are inspected to ensure they meet the required specifications, with careful attention to finishing and grinding margins, as well as expansion tolerances during heat treatment. After heat treatment, tools are ground to precise tolerances, either according to standard specifications or customized as per the customer’s drawings and requirements.
To maintain consistency and traceability, we maintain detailed quality records for both special and standard tools manufactured to customer specifications. Each tool is assigned a specific job or reference number, which facilitates the handling of repeat orders and ensures that every tool meets the highest standards of quality and precision. This robust documentation process reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
